Our Code of Conduct emanates from the following declarations:

- ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and its Follow-up (International Labour Conference, 18 June 1998)
- Agenda 21 (UNCED Rio 1992)
- United Nations Convention against Corruption (General Assembly resolution 58/4 of 31 October 2003)
The Code of Conduct is divided into three key focus areas.
We have a Supplier Code of Conduct that establishes related requirements for all of our suppliers. We expect them to share our approach to ethics, human rights and protecting the environment, as this is essential in building and developing trusting relationships.
All suppliers of direct materials to SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP shall comply with the expectations and requirements of the code.
